Hemp Builders to Gather In Austin TX Around SXSW

A group of hemp builders will introduce audiences at the trendy SXSW conference and expo to hempcrete this year in March.
Three builders will discuss Carbon Zero Building with Hemp Building Materials Saturday, March 11 at the conference’s Climate Change track. The panel participants will be Ukrainian hempcrete pioneer Sergiy “Doctor Hemphouse” Kovalenkov of Hempire will join Detroit hempcrete builder Kim Croes of FiberFort and Ray Kaderli, San Antonio builder and newly elected president of US Hemp Building Association.
SXSW has been brining the newest trends in technology, music and film to Austin since 1990. An estimated 40,000 people attended last year in person and online. Additionally, USHBA will sponsor a booth at the conference Expo March 12-15.
HempBuild Mag is thrilled at the chance to introduce the trend-seekers at SXSW to hemp building materials.

The $40 ticket will provide a donation to the Hemp Ukraine Recover charity and include two drink tickets and delicious Ukrainian cheesecake treats from Bakers for Ukraine.
Tickets cost $40, but are FREE for USHBA members.
